All products sold by Eyes in the Boat are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase.

No Returns for Change of Mind Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering in error. We encourage you to check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shop@eyesintheboat.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner on your behalf.
